Chapter 5

UFS111 5TH Reflection

Love english
My opinion about this matter are , signs and banner should use the correct English so that it will not humiliate our country when the visitor from the other country come and visit our country . Eventhough most of people in our country are using malay's language and other languages , but we suppose to know that such of this language are used as a medium languages between other country . Other than that , its actually taught us on how to used correct English punctuation , grammar and so on . Moreover , we should use correct English in signs and banners so that people can understand what exactly the shop or advertisment try to advertise or want to spread off .

mistake : Saturdays open / 8am til 4pm
correction : Open on Saturday / From 8am until 4pm
meaning of the sign : the shop was open on saturday from 8am to 4pm only .



mistake : Remember to flash after use . Please !!
correction : Remember to flush after use . Please !!
meaning of the sign : remind every person who use the toilet to flush it after using it .


mistake : speed hump ahead
correction : hump ahead
meaning of the sign : tell the user of the road there's hump ahead them .




Chapter 4 : Life Without Limitation

Nick Vujicic

The clip of  Nick Vujicic is about what a person are going to do when they suddenly fall down or fail of doing something in their life . Are they going to get up , try again and start from the beginning ? or give up easily by not trying to do it again . Yes , this clip are surely inspired me in every aspect . For example , how to motivate ourself when we felt so down and being grateful for what I have . After watching Nick Vujicic clip , I realise that we should not give up so easily even we already try to do something for a hundred times again and again . Eventhough we failed of doing something or feel down , we must remember that we actually are on the way to achieve our success . Not only that , we must put a lot of efforts on what we're doing . Furthermore , thanks to Almighty God because already give me such a complete physical and mentality . Even Nick Vujicic was born without limbs , but he still can live his life perfectly like what he want it to . He still can finish his study and become a great motivater . He love living his life and he is happy with it .

Chapter 3 : Lost World

UFS111 3rd Reflection

Machu Picchu
Machu Picchu and Chichen Itza are historical cities that exist decade ago . The similarities between these two historical places are first , the design of the building . Both building was build million years ago by ancient people . Machu Picchu was built in the classical Inca style with polished dry stone wall . The development of Chichen Itza for that time is influence by many cultures .

Second , Machu Picchu and Chichen Itza has ambitious ruler . Both ruler are very ambitious because they force their people to build the cities even it is actually hard to be done . Third , both are abandon building . The building was made by the ancient people but it was leave for along time and there was no one lives there . Fourth , both of this lost world were historical building that attract many tourist from all over the world . Last but not least , both buildings are human made . None of these two building was made by help of buldozer or anything . It was built by hands . Instead of similarities , there are differences too . First , the location . Machu Picchu was built on top of the mountain which is high land at Peru meanwhile Chichen Itza was built on low land which is at Mexico . Second , water supply . Machu Picchu have water channel that supply them water . Whereas Chichen Itza do not have one , it only have one big well . Third , Chichen Itza have a ball court for sports while Machu Picchu only have field farming and keep animals . Fourth , Machu Picchu have many culture in it while chichen Itza was influenced by others . Last but not least , Machu Picchu was developed based on European calender while Chichen Itza was developed based on Miladiah calender . Between of these two historical places , I choose to go and visit Machu Picchu . This is because , the structural of the lost cities attract me . I was fascinated the way the ancient people build up their kingdom . Other than that , the sorrounding makes me calm and feel so relaxing because it was on top of the mountain .

Chapter 2 : Explorer

Space Exploration

If I have given a chance to explore , I would like to do an outer space exploration . The reason why I want to do such of that exploration are I wanted to know the exact area of the outer space . Until now , none of  scientist in the world can give the exact area of it . Its still unknown and I'm too curious about it . Other than that , I want to discover if there's a new or unknown planet out there that maybe has connected to another planet or world out there . Meanwhile , I also have the intention to study about what exactly black hole really are . I want to know the depthness of the black hole and where it is going to bring us if we enter into it . Furthermore , I want to find out a new life or species or even living things in outer space . Last but not least , I want to know why sun can be too hot  Even there are explanation on given by our science teacher when in secondary school , but i still curious why is it too hot and what exactly generate it .

Naval : is the adjective relating to navy and navel is the rounded knotty depression in the centre of the belly.
Example :

Example :

Venture : a venture is an undertaking , particularly one that involves some sort of risk or danger(noun) or venture means to go on some sort of journey or to take risk in something(verb).

Immense : Unmeasured; limitless; infinite; very large; vast; huge.
Example :

  • Immense popularity all available spaces for September 2006 have been taken.
  • From the use of macro focusing , the worlds seem immense with potiential; gottelier is telling stories using scraps of familiarity.


Genuine : authentis , real and honest.
Example :

  • I trust that your interest is totally genuine and not just an exercise to support your claim of being cross-community.
  • Genuine desire to help people.


Allegiance : giving a promise to be loyal or the action of actually being loyal and someone's side.
Example :

  • Anyone failing to swear allegiance would suffer the full penalty of the law.
  • Allegiance of the vast majority of people lie.


Treachery : Betrayal of trust, faith, or allegiance; perfidy, disloyal, or treason.
Example :

  • Treachery of the leaders came into conflict with the workers at renault
  • And yet that would involve treachery toward the mistress to whom this woman seems devoted.


Circumnavigated : to sail or to fly or to go completely around somthing.
Example :

  • Two hours later and we have finally circumnavigated points - of - view of the people sitting round the table.
  • John has circumnavigated the golf course lake for almost 3 times.


Abundance : to have a large amount of something or to have a wealth.
Example :

  • A fine route dotted with pisturesque mountain flora and fauna.
  • There are many abundance of wildlife.
